Sonotrodes / Horns are ultrasonic welding tools that are caused to resonate when high-frequency mechanical oscillations are introduced. RTUL Sonotrodes / Horns are designed based on state of the art Finite Element Method (FEM) [based on the technique of Finite Element Method (FEM)], and therefore guarantee optimum oscillation behaviour and long service life in all cases. Highest precision requirements in terms of CAD/CAM, calculation, algorithms, guarantee precise 3D contours required in making complex sonotrode shapes. Special surface finishings tailor made based on applications result in even longer service life spans.
